By accessing or using My Little Storybooks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
My Little Storybooks is a personalized children's storybook creation platform. The Service allows users to create child profiles, generate AI-written and AI-illustrated personalized storybooks, and order printed copies of those books. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate story content and illustrations based on user-provided information.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password or through Google OAuth authentication via Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
By creating a child profile on our platform, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or that you have obtained consent from the child's parent or legal guardian to create the profile. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in child profiles, including the child's name, age, and any uploaded photographs.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child-related data is collected from and managed by the parent or guardian account holder.
When you upload a child's photograph, you grant My Little Storybooks a limited, non-exclusive license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating a cartoon-style character representation and personalized storybook illustrations. Uploaded photos are processed through AI services and are not shared with, sold to, or distributed to any third party for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
AI-generated story content and illustrations are created specifically for your use. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We recommend reviewing all generated content before sharing it with children.
Upon purchase of a printed storybook, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to the content of that specific book. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the generated content for commercial purposes. The My Little Storybooks platform, brand, design, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of My Little Storybooks.
Printed storybooks are fulfilled through our printing partner. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once an order has been submitted for printing, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if your book arrives damaged, with printing defects, or significantly differs from the digital preview, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

My Little Storybooks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Little Storybooks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
