Can I see the book before I buy it?

Yes. When you create a book, we generate a free digital book that includes the full story text and every illustration. You can read through the entire book before deciding to order print. You only pay when you choose a printed copy. You can also view a sample book right now to see what to expect.

Is my child's photo and data safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your child's photos are used solely to create their cartoon character and book illustrations. We never sell personal data. Your child's information is shared only with the service providers needed to create and deliver your book, such as our AI provider for story generation and our print partner for fulfillment. Photos and profiles are stored securely and you can delete them at any time. We use Meta Pixel for advertising analytics, but it does not receive any child profile information. What if I don't like how the book turns out?

That's why the preview is free. You can review the full story and sample illustrations before placing an order. If the story isn't quite right, you can create a new book with different settings at no cost. You only pay once you're happy and choose to print. If there's an issue with print quality, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your digital book is ready in a few minutes with the full story and every illustration. Once you order print, the book is sent to production. Printing typically takes 3-5 business days, plus shipping time, usually 7-14 business days for standard shipping within the US. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.
